LA Commons: Operation Coordinator
LA Commons engages communities in the creation of art for public spaces that tells their unique stories and serves as the basis for dialogue, interaction and a better understanding of Los Angeles. Through collaboration with local partners who have built deep wells of trust, we leverage art and cultural approaches to create positive change. They are currently hiring an Operation Coordinator to join the team.
Liquitex is launching its artists’ residency series at Manufacturers Village in East Orange, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for multiple artists to work in a private studio space with Liquitex materials, while immersed among a diverse community of over 40 creative makers. There will be five residencies over the course of 2021, each with a different material as its focus: Acrylic Gouache, Acrylic Mediums, Heavy Body acrylic paint and the full Basics range."
Chashama has partnered with 100 property owners to transform $9 million of unused real estate into 85 spaces for 20,000 artists and small businesses, creating economic growth for New York City. They collaborate with local organizations to create free arts programming throughout the five boroughs. The Laundromat Project (The LP) is seeking a creative, driven, and organized individual for aa part-time and year-long Community Arts Engagement (CAE) Fellowship. In its first year, this newly imagined Fellowship will provide an opportunity for a cultural worker, community leader, artist, or creative to deepen and expand their relationship building efforts, co-design virtual programming, and build upon community engaged research along with the Programs team. The CAE Fellow will also have access to professional development opportunities to connect with leaders from the field.

Reeves Health Hospital Commission
Reeves Health in Pecos, Texas is pleased to announce a call for artists to be considered for inclusion in the collection of their new facility. Uptown Art Stroll Poster Competition
NOMAA is hosting its The 19th Uptown Arts Stroll in June 2021 and calling upon the art community to create to submit a design for its poster. The Uptown Arts Stroll started as a volunteer driven one-day event the Sunday before Thanksgiving 2003 and has grown into a month-long festival celebrating Northern Manhattan’s performing and visual artists.
