Crafts Future Fund

A new grant supporting craft communities & their creative responses to COVID-19. The Center for Craft is offering $5,000 unrestricted fund to craft-based education projects that seed resiliences, foster community and amplify impact. The Fund will award up to 6 project grants or $30,000 each month from May-Oct 2020.

Bright Walls Artist Call

Bright Walls is a public art and mural festival founded and run by the Jackson Young Professionals. In just two years, the festival has hosted artists from across the globe and brought 36 murals to the downtown district — creating a new destination in our community. The 2020 will be the festival’s last year.

Abrons Arts Center Visual Artist AIRspace Residency

A 9 month program for four NYC based visual artists. The program includes a semi-private studio in LES, studio visits with curators & art workers, a $3,000 unrestricted stipend and a culminating group exhibition in Abrons’ galleries.

LSU Request for Proposals

Louisiana State University in partnership with LA Percent for Art Program is requesting portfolios for murals to be installed across the LSA's Animal & Food Science building's twenty-six locations. The project is intended to be expressive of the mission of the colleges associated with the building, be positive and expressive of the research and advancements generated within the building.

Durham's Call for Portfolios

The City of Durham's Cultural and Public Art Program invites artists and artist teams to submit portfolios to be selected to join the City of Durham Pre-Qualified Artist Registry. This registry will serve as a resource for the program's selection of artists and artist teams to create City cultural and public art projects. Access to a predetermined network of qualified professional artists saves our staff valuable time by making the process for responding to the numerous calls issued by the City more efficient. It also strengthens and streamlines the program by maintaining a database of artists in the community with particular skill sets.

Heart & Soul of Batesville Public Art

HeART and Sole of Downtown Batesville, Indiana serves as an arts‐based civic engagement process that promotes downtown Batesville and is intended to engage audiences of all ages. The HeART and Sole initiative seeks to build upon the successes of recently completed public art and placemaking projects. Batesville Public Art seeks qualified artists to design and create exterior art projects for a series of locations in downtown Batesville. The artwork will enhance the overall character and atmosphere of the downtown core and support a welcoming environment.
