  • Used public art as a catalyst for creative placemaking, community engagement, leadership, and stewardship in advancing organization's or company’s goals

  • Developed and implemented strategic plan with clearly defined objectives, evaluation systems, benchmarks and documentation including key performance metrics, testimonials, and photographs

  • Provided on-site project management for the maintenance and deinstall of large scale public mural coordinating with artists, other contractors & property managers and owners

  • Organized 200+ concurrently scheduled mural installations by 100+ artists across 9 New York City neighborhoods

  • Served as primary liaison for 300+ participating artists and 75 merchants and answered all incoming queries about The 100 Gates Project from perspective artists, merchants, media outlets, community partners & agencies such as: New York Academy of Medicine, Manhattan District Attorney Office, New York Fund for Public Health, Department of Small Business Services and corporate sponsors: Equinox, Tiger Beer & WinkyLux

  • Planned and coordinated various events including Run Street & Street Art walking and cycling tours, Art Block Party, Mural Season Opening Kickoff, 100 School Group tours, 1st Annual Science Fair (120 attendees), Holiday Gift Drive (distributed 2,000+ presents), Student Artwork receptions, Educator Open-Houses, Family Day events and Art & Cultural field trips

  • Cultivated relationships with local community stakeholders, artists, teaching artists, schools, CBOs, property owners and businesses in various New York City neighborhoods to develop and create future partnerships by conceptualizing pitches and organizing events and workshops

  • Reported directly to department heads and collaborated with cross-functional teams on projects statuses, timelines and other deliverables

  • Assist development and fundraising initiatives by soliciting sponsorships and partnerships with businesses leading to in kind donations

  • Developed and implemented a digital marketing strategy leading to a 400% increase in social media engagement

  • Collaborated with graphic design team to develop mail and print collateral, while leading website content transition from Squarespace to custom DotSquirrel website

  • Managed team of teaching-artists, youth interns and volunteers

  • Introduced new organizational policies and oversaw daily operations including administrative tasks: maintaining databases, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, supervising budget and coordinating schedules while maintaining a presentable and creative professional environment

  • Exercised a high level of confidentiality regarding business contracts, financial information and other operations in conjunction with Accountants and Lawyers
